At Chompshop, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any promotional inserts or accessories that came with the order.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
